To earn Blue Credits, the BlueBiz number of a participating company has to be specified in the reservation of the person travelling. Find out how and where to include this number.
Welcome to the BlueBiz site
BlueBiz is KLM’s loyalty program for companies without a current KLM incentive agreement. Once a company is a BlueBiz participant, they can earn Blue Credits on flights made with KLM and participating partners, provided they include their BlueBiz number and the Flying Blue number of the person travelling in their reservation before the ticket is issued.
Where and how should you include the BlueBiz number in the reservation?
The BlueBiz number has to be inserted in the OSI field according to the following entries, directly followed by the BlueBiz number of the company:
