    Making a reservation

    You can make a reservation for a hotel in 5 steps. Fill in your destination and travel dates to see a list of available hotels. You can then sort your search results by number of stars, distance, popularity, tariff, or best rated. Just choose your preferred hotel and fill in your details.

    After making your reservation, you’ll see a confirmation page with your reservation number and pin code. Keep these data for potential future use. You will always receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details and contact information for your hotel.

    You can reserve an overnight stay for that same day.

    Book a hotel 

    Payment

    You usually only pay for your stay upon arrival at the hotel. You need a valid MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card to make an online reservation. Your credit card details are used to guarantee your hotel reservation. Some hotels charge a part of the amount before arrival. If you book a special offer, the hotel may collect the full amount in advance.

    Your credit card details are sent to us through a secure server, which encrypts all personal and credit card information. KLM will not make any charge to your credit card.

    You can find more details about what is included in the room rate, in the information about your hotel room. No reservation charges need to be paid. If you have any questions about your payment, please contact the hotel directly. You’ll find the contact details in both the e-mail and online confirmation of your reservation.

    Hotel facilities

    Information about the specific services and facilities can be found on the information page of your hotel. This includes guidelines for children and extra beds. Unfortunately, it is not possible to book a hotel for daytime use. Meeting rooms and conference facilities cannot be reserved online.

    You can add your requests to the comments field when filling in your details. We advise you to contact the hotel for special requests. The contact details of the hotel can be found in your confirmation e-mail.

    Modifying or cancelling a reservation

    Your reservation is managed by our partner iSeatz. To make any modifications or to cancel reservations you will need the pincode and your reservation number. These can be found in your confirmation e-mail. In most cases, reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance, without charge. The terms and conditions of your reservation determine whether or not you may modify or cancel the reservation. The cancellation conditions can be found in the General Terms and Conditions in your confirmation e-mail.
