Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS)
You can enjoy rest areas, entertainment and healthy snacks and drinks in our KLM Crown Lounges across the world. At Amsterdam Airport Schiphol we also offer work spaces with Wi-Fi, showers, and specially designated smoking areas. The opening times of our two exclusive KLM Crown Lounges at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol are:
- Lounge 25 (Schengen): 04h45 to 21h00
- Lounge 52 (Intercontinental): 04h45 until the last flight departs.

London Heathrow (LHR)
In the summer of 2009, KLM and her partners will open an exclusive SkyTeam lounge at London Heathrow. Until then, the Holideck Lounge is available for our passengers. This lounge is open daily from 06h30 to 22h00. The Holideck Lounge is situated next to gate 17 in terminal 4. Passengers can reserve their entrance to the Lounge in advance online.

Dubai Airport (DXB)
The exclusive KLM Crown Lounge at Dubai Airport is open for night flights from 21h00 to 04h00, and, during the summer timetable, on days with morning flights from 21h00 to 08h00. The lounge is situated in Departure Concourse 1, above the duty-free floor, next to gate 18.
The 123 m2 lounge has 53 seats. The facilities include:
- Free Wi-Fi
- Dataports for internet in every seat
- Two computers and a printer
- Fax/telephone (only for use within DXB)
- A self-service buffet with warm and cold snacks and drinks

Toronto Airport (YYZ)
Toronto Airport also has an exclusive KLM Crown Lounge. This lounge is open daily from 12h00 to midnight. It is situated opposite Gate C32 in Terminal 3 (take the lift to the AT floor).
The facilities at the lounge in Toronto include:
- Free Wi-Fi and sockets in every seat
- Office equipment
- Computers and printers
- A buffet with warm and cold snacks, and drinks
- Check-in facilities for transit passengers
A ‘paid lounge’ concept applies: this means that the lounge is accessible to all passengers for the fee of 25 Canadian dollars.

Houston (HOU)
Our 340 m2 KLM Crown Lounge at Houston Airport accommodates 98 guests. You can work and relax in peace and quiet. The lounge is open daily from 13h00 to 19h45, and is situated in Terminal D near Gate D8.
This lounge offers passengers:
- Free Wi-Fi and sockets/dataports in every seat
- Cabins with computers and work space
- A buffet with warm and cold snacks, and drinks
- A smoke-free environment
- Check-in facilities for transit passengers
