Can I change or cancel my ticket?
Whether or not you can change your ticket is dependent on the fare conditions to which the ticket is subject. These conditions are determined by the fare group of the ticket, which you can find on your booking confirmation. Before attempting to change or cancel your ticket, we kindly request that you first check the fare conditions.

Administration charges may apply if you need to change or cancel your ticket. In this case the same conditions apply for e-tickets as when changing or cancelling paper tickets.
How does it work?
Making changes/cancellations online
At present, klm.com only supports changes and cancellations for e-tickets that are bought via klm.com and that do not entail administrative costs for changes and cancellations. These tickets can be changed or cancelled up to 30 hours prior to departure via 'Manage my Booking'. The eligible tariffs are:
* Europe Select
* World Business Class
* Economy Full Flex
* Fully Flexible Corporate
Other ways to change/cancel your ticket

- To change or cancel tickets booked via a travel agent, please contact the relevant travel agent.
