Selecting your seat
During the booking process, you can indicate where you would prefer to sit. Next to a window or rather on an aisle? We’ll do our best to assign you this seat, whether you make your reservation online, by telephone or with a travel agent.
Once you have booked, you can log in at ‘Manage my Booking’. Here, if you are travelling in World Business Class, you can indicate as early as 90 days before departure exactly which seat you want on intercontinental flights. This service will also become available to Economy Class passengers during the autumn of 2009.
You can also view or change your choice of seats during check-in, at our website, or at a self-service check-in machine at the airport.

Seating arrangement for the aircraft
When you select your seat, not all the seats aboard the aircraft will be available. Some might already have been reserved by other passengers. We also reserve a number of seats for passengers with special needs such as parents with babies or physically challenged passengers.
If you log in as a Flying Blue Elite or Elite Plus member, you have a wider choice of seats.
