Dining on the beach
For a small island, Bonaire features a large number of restaurants. And of course many eateries are located right on the beach, looking out over the ocean. Enjoy a spectacular sunset as the sun slowly sinks below the horizon.

Sebastian’s Restaurant is situated right on the water and is a perfect sunset dining spot. The menu has a Mediterranean flair, serving dishes such as octopus carpaccio and shrimp fettuccini. The most romantic spot is the Pier Table, a table for 2 right at the end of the pier in front of the restaurant. Dine in an intimate private setting, surrounded by the sea. Colourful wooden beach chairs, surfboards and a laid-back vibe: Hang Out Beachbar on Sorobon Beach is the perfect place for a relaxing afternoon or evening. Sample a delicious lunch as you watch the windsurfers from your lazy beach chair. At night this is a great destination for a simple dinner or to enjoy a cocktail. Thursday night is BBQ-night, and once a month the bar organises its Full Moon Party – during the full moon of course.
