Stockholm – Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN)
This airport is 37 km north of Stockholm city centre and is well served by public transport. The Flygbussarna is an environmentally-friendly coach service connecting the airport to the centre of Stockholm. The bus runs every 10 minutes, takes about 45 minutes and costs SEK 99 for a single adult ticket. There is an express train which takes just 20 minutes to get from the airport to the city centre, but it costs more an adult ticket is SEK 280.
Gothenburg – Göteborg Landvetter Airport (GOT)
Sweden’s public transport system is once again shown off in all its glory when you want to get to and from the airport. The Flygbussarna runs between the airport and the centre of Gothenburg in 20 minutes and costs SEK 95. There is no direct or express train, but it is possible to take a taxi or park at the airport, but they will cost more than the bus.
