Terms and Conditions for Best Final Price Guarantee

If, after purchasing a ticket online at www.KLM.com.br, the customer found during the same day in another internet site the same trip with a final price lower than the one of KLM, we commit to offer a Travel Credit Voucher with the amount of the difference plus R$ 100,00 (one hundred reais). The request must fulfill the following conditions:

Conditions for Guarantee application

Only differences greater or equal to R$ 25.00 (twenty five reais) will be considered for the guarantee. The maximum amount to be credited, however will be  R$ 250.00 (two hundred and fifty reais).
The applicable price for the Guarantee must include all taxes of the 'tax' fields of the tickets as well as any booking/ticketing fees. The final price is considered to be the full amount to be paid, irrespective of pay later plans or instalment payments, without interest.

The lower price in the other internet site must be available for booking on the same day (Brasília Time) than the purchase on KLM.com.br.

Best Price Guarantee is only valid for online prices for the same flight numbers, dates, times, itinerary, cabin and booking class (equivalent fare conditions). Payment and fare conditions of the ticket must be exactly the same.

All Travel Credit requests must be sent before midnight (Brasília Time) on the same day of the purchase of the ticket. All requests sent between Saturdays at 2PM and Mondays at 9PM will be checked on Monday, provided the offer is available in the other site.

The price to be compared with the KLM.com.br must be originated online in Brazil*, and must be displayed in the same currency (Real).
The Guarantee applies only to the same person whose name is included in the ticket issued by KLM.

Guarantee is only applicable to the itineraries operated by KLM or Air France and to tickets in which the first stretch is departing from Brazil.

* Country of sale will be determined through the Iata number, not domain name.


Requesting a Travel Credit Voucher

All information must be sent to KLM by filling out the request form

We cannot accept any other way or channel to request the voucher, like fax, email, telephone).

Internet Support will reply to the request within one working day. KLM may reject any request that cannot be correctly verified, or for which information is incomplete. All requests must be sent before midnight (Brasilia Time) on the same day of the ticket purchase.
To all approved requests, a Travel Credit Voucher for a future purchase will be sent to the customer calculated with the respective price difference of the found price (limited to R$ 250,00 (two hundred and fifty reais), plus R$ 100,00 (one hundred reais), for each eligible round trip ticket in the Terms of the present Guarantee.

Travel Credit Voucher is valid for 1 (one) year after date of issuance to be used as a full or partial payment of a ticket on KLM routes.
No extension of validity can be granted. The Travel Credit Voucher cannot be replaced under any circumstance. By using the Travel Credit Voucher, customers accept the content of these conditions.


Guarantee exceptions

Best Price Guarantee is not applicable for some particular fares and situations, among them:

- Special discounted fares (corporate reduced fares, military, student, children and other discounted fares),
- Air fares sold in conjunction to land arrangements.
- Fares in which details about airline and route are only disclosed after the purchase,
- Fares using a discount code,
- Corporate and Congress fares,
- Final price differences less than R$ 25,00 (twenty five reais).


Other conditions

KLM reserves the right to terminate this offer at any time without notice. 

KLM is not responsible for any cancellation costs involved upon cancellation of bookings made outside KLM.com.br site.
