Change in terminal for KLM at Jakarta International Airport (Soekarno-Hatta) Indonesia

As of 15 May 2018, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will move its operations at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Jakarta, from Terminal 2 to the new Terminal 3.

The first operating KLM flight from Terminal 3 is KL810, departing from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur on 15 May 2018, arriving at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol on 16 May 2018.

Check-in at Terminal 3 is situated at row C, counters C1 to C7. KLM passengers travelling from 15 May 2018, can check in at the new Terminal 3 from 03:30 PM.

The new Terminal 3 has digital-based facilities such as e-parking, crowd management system, free Wi-Fi, self service check in, automated immigration gates, trolley management system and restrooms equipped with e-surveys. Terminal 3 is connected to Terminal 2 and Terminal 1 by Skytrain.

How to get to Terminal 3

By rail link
Drop off at Soekarno-Hatta Airport Station and transfer to Soekarno-Hatta Airport Skytrain. Get off at Terminal 3 Station.

By car
On your way to the airport, follow the ‘Terminal 3’ direction signs.
