Liberia

From 27 October 2019, KLM will begin operating a circle flight between Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, San Jose and Liberia.

Liberia, known as ‘la ciudad blanca’ which means ‘the white city’ is one of Costa Rica’s oldest towns. The city was recognised for its historic presence of white stained colonial houses and white gravel streets. Discover the beautiful coastlines, neighbouring islands and pristine white sand beaches that nestle Guanacaste; the region’s stunning rainforest backdrop is filled with hidden waterfalls and majestic volcanoes.

KLM will operate on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The flights will depart Amsterdam at 12:30 and arrive at San Jose at 17:15. The flight will depart San Jose at 18:45 and arrive at Liberia at 19:40. Return flights will leave Liberia at 20:45 and arrive in Amsterdam at 13:55+1.

Bangalore

From 30 October 2019 until 28 March 2020, KLM will begin operating flights between Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Bangalore.

Situated in the South of India, Bangalore is one of the most developed cities in the country, known for its high-tech industry. From its rich history and diverse culture, to its upbeat and lively nightlife, Bangalore has developed into a contemporary metropolis lingering with traditional charm. With many vibrant parks, the garden city has much to offer.

KLM will operate three weekly flights on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays, with a Boeing 787-9. The flights will depart from Amsterdam at 11:05 and arrive at Bangalore at 00:50. Return flights will leave Bangalore at 02:45 and arrive in Amsterdam at 08:25.

Wroclaw

Wroclaw
From 6 June 2019, KLM will begin operating flights between Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Wroclaw. KLM will operate daily to Wroclaw with an Embraer 175.

Nestled on the Oder River in Western Poland, the city is recognised for its gothic town hall and elegant townhouses that mantle the famous market square, Rynek. Whilst its historic architecture suggest otherwise, Wroclaw is a modern and vibrant cultural metropolis with a bustling nightlife and a large student community

The flights will depart from Amsterdam at 11:50 and arrive at Wroclaw at 13:35. Return flights will leave Wroclaw at 14:05 and arrive in Amsterdam at 15:55.

Las Vegas, USA

From 6 June until 26 October 2019, KLM will begin operating flights between Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and Las Vegas.

Situated in the desert in the U.S state of Nevada, Las Vegas is famous for its dazzling nightlife, centred around 24/7 casinos and endless entertainment. Surrounded by majestic hotels and impressive skyscrapers, KLM will fly weekly on Thursdays and Sundays with a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. From 2 July 2019, an additional weekly flight will be operated on Tuesdays.

The flights will depart from Amsterdam at 12:30 and arrive in Las Vegas at 14:15.
Return flights will leave Las Vegas at 16:05 and arrive in Amsterdam at 11:05 (+1).

Naples

From 21 April 2019, KLM will begin operating flights between Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and Naples.

Enriched with volcanic soils, the Mediterranean Sea, and the surrounding islands on the horizon; Enjoy Naples’ panoramic shoreline, momentous art and architecture. Explore the countless generations of Naples’ culinary flair, take time to savour a true Neapolitan pizza at its birthplace.

The first weekly flight will depart in the spring of 2019. KLM will operate daily flights in July and August with a Boeing 737-700/800, and a weekend-only service will run for the rest of the season.

Boston

From 31 March 2019, KLM will begin operating flights between Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and Boston. Boston lies 300 kilometres north of New York and is the largest city in the state of Massachusetts. Renowned as the home of Harvard University, Boston is one of the oldest and richest cities in the United States. The city’s Museum of Fine Arts opened in 1876 and now boasts no fewer than 450,000 works of art, making it one of the world’s most comprehensive museums. KLM will fly on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays with an Airbus A330-300. From 1 July 2019, a fourth weekly flight will be operated on Mondays. 

The flights will depart from Amsterdam at 17:00 and arrive in Boston at 18:30 (local time). Return flights will leave Boston at 22:00 and arrive in Amsterdam at 10:35 +1 (local time).

Code-Share: KLM-QANTAS

Buenos Aires
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Qantas, Australia’s national carrier, have signed a code-sharing agreement, allowing both airlines to expand their networks substantially. For KLM passengers, this means they can fly from anywhere in the world, on a single ticket, with full baggage transfers, via Singapore to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth.

The code-share begins on  31 October 2018. KLM will attach its flight number to daily flights between Singapore and the four key Australian destinations listed above. Qantas will attach its “QF” code to KLM flights between Amsterdam and Singapore.
 

Växjö

From the 14th May 2018 KLM will launch a new scheduled service to Växjö, Sweden.

Växjö is a vibrant city in Smäland. You can enjoy its beautiful nature reserves any time of the year. Amongst the highlights of the city we can mention the glass museum, packed with gorgeous works of art and plenty of history as well as its waterfront parklands, historic church and several award-winning culinary eating-houses.

KLM flights (Operated by Cityhopper) will fly daily to Växjö with an Embraer 175. Departing from Amsterdam at 12:00 and arriving in Växjö at 13:35.
An extra flight will also operate the weekends until 02nd July 2018.

Fortaleza

From the 3rd May 2018 KLM will launch a new scheduled service to Fortaleza, Brazil.

Fortaleza is the state capital of Ceará, an important industrial and commercial centre and the third richest metropolitan area in the North and Northeast regions of Brazil. It’s also an attractive area for tourist who will discover the wonderful beaches, the rolling dunes, the fishing villages and the party atmosphere.

KLM will fly twice a week to Fortaleza, departing Thursday and Saturday. The flight will leave Amsterdam Schiphol at 12:50 (local time) and will arrive in Fortaleza at 17.20 (local time). Return flights will depart from Fortaleza at 19:50 (local time) arriving in Amsterdam Schiphol at 10:00 +1(local time). As of 2nd July 2018 a third flight operating on Monday will be added.

San Jose

San Jose
On 31st October 2017, KLM will inaugurate a new direct connection to San Jose, Costa Rica, which will be operated twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays throughout the winter season.
Flights will depart from Amsterdam-Schiphol at 3:25 pm and arrive in San José at 8:05 pm. Return flights will depart from San Jose at 10:05 pm and arrive in Amsterdam-Schiphol at 3:10 pm, the following day.

Tropical climate and natural beauty make Costa Rica an amazingly rich in diversity destination for European tourists. As from 30th October 2017 our newest aircraft, the Boeing 787-9, will serve the Amsterdam-Mauritius route with three weekly flights on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. On board you will find 30 seats in World Business Class, 45 in Economy Comfort and 219 in Economy Class.

Mumbai

As from 29th October 2017, KLM will operate a direct connection between Amsterdam and India's largest city, Mumbai, with three weekly frequencies: Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Flights will depart from Amsterdam at 1:00 pm and land in Mumbai at 1:55am the following day. For return flights the departure is scheduled from Mumbai at 4:00 am and arriving with arrival in Amsterdam at 8:45 am.
The name "Mumbai" etimologically comes from Mumba the name of the Hindu Goddess Mumbadev. Mumbai is India's capital city for entertainment, a thousand faces town overlooking the Arabian Sea on the west coast of India, one of the few cities to have a national park, the Borivali National Park, within its city boundaries.

Gdansk - Poland

Gdansk
On 15th May 2017, a new destination in Poland will be served directly from Amsterdam, Gdansk. It will become KLM’s third Polish destination after Warsaw and Krakow. Flights will be operated daily by an Embraer 190 with 100 seats.

Gdansk, Poland’s biggest port, lies on the edge of the Baltic Sea generating plenty of industrial activity. Tourism has also developed in recent years: walk in the footsteps of the main character of Günter Grass' "The Tin Drum" and visit the seaside resort of Sopot with its sandy, six-km long beach.

Cartagena - Colombia

As from 28th March 2017, KLM includes a new city in its circular service to Bogotá: Cartagena which replace Cali. KLM flies three times a week via Bogotá to Cartagena on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, using the newest aircraft in its fleet, the Boeing 787-9, which carries 30 seats in World Business Class, 45 in Economy Comfort and 219 in Economy Class.

Located on Colombia’s north coast, Cartagena was founded on 1st June 1533. During the colonial era, the city played an important role in the expansion of the Spanish empire, Cartagena’s colonial city walls and fortresses were included in UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites. The city is surrounded by stunning Caribbean beaches and has a vibrant nightlife.

Minneapolis - United States

Minneapolis
On 27th March 2017, KLM launched a new scheduled non-stop service from Amsterdam to Minneapolis. The three-weekly service operates on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, on Airbus 330-200s.

Minneapolis is the largest city in Minnesota and has a population of around 400,000. This city has a unique system of skyways. These glass-enclosed pedestrian bridges link the buildings in the centre of Minneapolis, allowing you to walk through the city while sheltering from the winter cold or summer heat. The city also boasts numerous nightclubs, modern art and a large number of theatres, which are barely surpassed by New York.
