TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The chauffeur service is available for all AIR FRANCE KLM passengers travelling in LA PREMIÈRE and BUSINESS CLASS.
  • The service is offered within a 100 km radius from the Milan Malpensa airport (from the Milan Linate airport only in case of a missed connection to/from Milan Malpensa, just for one leg of the journey)
  • • The chauffeur service is only available to La première/First Class and Business Class passengers holding tickets issued in Italy with confirmed bookings for the aforementioned class on flights operated by Air France to Paris and KLM to Amsterdam with connections for INTERCONTINENTAL flights leaving from Paris and Amsterdam on Air France and KLM operated flights. The service is only available for bookings for which the tickets have already been issued. However, it is not available for passengers on waitlist or for passengers who will be picking up their tickets upon departure.
  • The chauffeur service is not available for flights operated by other airlines and/or Air France and KLM's commercial partners.
  • The chauffeur service is not available for award tickets booked via SkyTeam partners.
  • The chauffeur service is not available for free tickets or award tickets, nor is it available for complimentary or award upgrades from Economy or Premium Economy to Business Class or from Business Class to La Première.
  • The chauffeur service is not available for minors that are not accompanied by a parent/guardian in the car.
  • The service must be booked at least 48 hours before the trip through the Air France or KLM Call Centres.
  • If the journey exceeds the mileage limits specified for the city in question, passengers must pay the difference in distance travelled at a rate of 0.90 Euro per additional kilometre. This difference must be paid directly to the chauffeur.
  • If no cancellation notice is given, the chauffeur service cannot be re-booked in conjunction with the same air ticket.

  • The chauffeur services are managed by third party companies. Air France and KLM accept no responsibility concerning acts or omissions by these third parties, as well as with regard to the offered vehicles and services. Specifically, Air France and KLM accept no responsibility concerning losses, personal injury or deaths that occur when using said vehicles and services, except where such losses, personal injury and deaths are caused by negligence on the part of Air France and/or KLM.
  • The chauffeur service start time must be adhered to with no exceptions. The service start time is non-negotiable. The chauffeur will wait no longer than 15 minutes. After such a time, he/she will inform the passenger that he/she can no longer wait and will move on to the next assignment.
  • The service is also offered to companions (up to a maximum of two) on condition that they travel with an AIR FRANCE KLM ticket.
