A safe and comfortable journey with the KLM Bus to Schiphol Airport

As of 1 July, only a limited number of buses (KL304, KL305, KL316, KL317, KL330 and KL331) will resume their operations. On this page, you will find information about traveling with the KLM Bus and we will inform you of the latest developments.

The safety of our passengers and crew is always our main priority. That is why we have taken all necessary measures for the KLM Bus, in line with the WHO guidelines. For example, the KLM Bus is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every journey. The KLM Bus is also ventilated for at least half an hour after each journey.

KLM Bus checklist

Travel in good health
  • Regrettably, you will not be allowed to board the KLM Bus if you have a fever or a cold, or if you display any other signs of illness.
  • While traveling with the KLM Bus, it is mandatory to carry a health certificate with you at all times. Fill out the form  at home and keep it with your passport or on your mobile.
During your trip
  • Wearing a face mask is mandatory on board the KLM Bus. Unfortunately, we cannot let you board without face protection. You are responsible for bringing a face mask with you. We require all passengers to wear a face mask when boarding, during the journey and when disembarking the KLM Bus.
  • The 1.5 meter rule must be followed at all times.
  • You can board and disembark the bus through the middle door.
  • We request you to board and disembark the bus one by one.
  • We request that you use the provided disinfectant hand gel when boarding
  • You must adhere to the guidelines at all times. If you do not follow the guidelines, the driver can prohibit you from boarding the bus.
