Make sure to request it at least 48 hours before departure. If requested on shorter notice, we may not be able to provide you the assistance you need.

Vaccinations and health advice

You can easily prevent many infectious diseases if you get vaccinated or take the right precautionary measures for your destination. Find out how to prepare.

If you are 36 weeks or more into your pregnancy, we advise you not to fly. We also discourage flying during the first week following delivery. If you are expecting more than 1 baby, we always advise you to consult your physician before flying. If you have had complications, you need to have permission to fly from your physician.

Passengers of size

To ensure you have a comfortable and safe flight, you should be able to effortlessly move the arm rests of your seat on board up and down. We’ve got special arrangements for our passengers of size.

Fear of flying
