Android
To use the Android KLM Houses app you need Android 2.3 or higher.

Apple
If you have an iPad, iPhone or iPod touch you need at least iOS 6 to download KLM’s Houses app. The Apple app is supported on iPhones 3G and up and iPod touch 4th generation and later models. You can also use the app on iPad2 and later models.

Do I need an Internet connection?

After downloading the KLM Houses app, you only need an internet connection to view houses on Google maps, view videos or the information about KLM World Business Class, or when contacting KLM. If you are not connected to the internet, you’ll get a notification of this.

All other features of the KLM houses app can be used without being connected to the Internet - including during your flight with the Airplane Mode engaged.
