Platinum: for an exclusive way of travelling

Flying Blue Platinum is our highest Elite level and is designed for our premium travellers. You will get the highest level of comfort and luxury that we have to offer, and enjoy 100% more Award Miles on your flights.

Requirements to become a Platinum member

Flying Blue Platinum Card

Platinum membership is yours as soon as you have reached one of the following thresholds within 1 calendar year:

  •  You have earned 70,000 Level Miles (90,000 in France and Monaco) on flights with one of the SkyTeam partners.

  • You have made 60 qualifying flights with one of the SkyTeam partners.

Very frequent flyers will find it easy to reach one of the above thresholds. The 60 qualifying flights are easy to accrue when you make a lot of short trips. When your destinations are further away, and you travel in Business Class, you will find out that your Level Miles also quickly add up to reach the milestone of 70,000 Level Miles. You are now ready to be upgraded to Platinum membership and be able to enjoy all those benefits!

Platinum benefits on flights & flight-related services

Platinum members are our world-class travellers. Your Award Miles are doubled every time you fly and you can take advantage of a greater availability of tickets when you book an award flight. Accessing the airport lounges is now free of charge and you also enjoy the best priority services with our SkyPriority treatment: priority check-in, priority boarding, and the highest priority on a waiting list in case a flight is full.
