Royal Route

Travel by water tram

To really immerse yourself in the maritime atmosphere, take a water tram at the Green Gate to the north of the city. On the journey, you’ll pass the striking Crane Gate. This wooden colossus dates back to 1444 and used to be a crane and a defence structure. Step off at Nowy Port and stroll along the harbour. Climb to the top of the lighthouse and you’re guaranteed a breathtaking view of the beach and the Baltic Sea.
