About the lounges
You’re welcome to visit 1 of the many airport lounges worldwide before departure or during a transfer. Here you can relax, choose from a selection of drinks and snacks, have access to WiFi, and, in some cases, enjoy shower facilities.
We share most lounges with Air France, Delta Air Lines, or other SkyTeam partners. Find out more about SkyTeam’s worldwide lounges and their access policies via the SkyTeam website.
Access policy and costs
Make sure you’re visiting a lounge on the same day you travel on a KLM-operated flight or an international SkyTeam-operated flight. Depending on your travel class, ticket conditions and Flying Blue membership level, you might have to pay a fee to access the lounges. Are you able to bring a guest thanks to your Flying Blue membership level? Please note that most lounges allow 1 guest to accompany you and that access for guests is subject to availability.
Free access
Are you travelling in Business Class? Visiting our Crown Lounges is included in your Standard and Flex ticket.
Flying Blue Platinum and Gold members and SkyTeam Elite Plus passengers can visit the Crown lounges as well. They get to bring one guest free of charge. Flying Blue Ultimate members are welcome in the Crown Lounges with up to 8 travel companions.
Access at a fee
You can access most worldwide lounges at a fee between EUR 50 and EUR 75 (based on availability), which you'll pay upon entrance. Make sure you can pay by Miles or credit card, as paying with cash is not possible.
Unfortunately, you cannot purchase access to the SkyTeam lounges in Istanbul, Dubai, and Sydney.

Your free access to airport lounges is included in your Business Class Standard or Flex ticket. You can also visit the lounges for free if you’re a Flying Blue Ultimate, Platinum or Gold member, or a SkyTeam Elite Plus passenger.
Make sure to visit a lounge on the same day you travel on a KLM-operated flight or an international Sky-Team operated flight. Simply go to the lounge and pay the entrance fee.
Free access to a lounge is included for:
- Business Class Standard or Flex travellers;
- Flying Blue Ultimate, Platinum or Gold members;
- SkyTeam Elite Plus passengers.
